Book Review: A MUST HAVE for Passover!
Summary: 5 Stars
I am not much of a cook. In fact, the kitchen scares me. I am, though, a huge fan of "Passover by Design." I have made a few of the recipes from each of the meat, salad, dessert, and appetizer sections. I thought it would take me one whole day to make the gorgeous creations, but it only took me a few hours. I was shocked at how well the dishes came out--in fact, someone asked me if I actually cooked them. I was also surprised at how close my food looked to the food featured in the book.
This is the first book in the Kosher by Design series that I have purchased. I, therefore, cannot comment on how many of the recipes in this cookbook have also been featured in the other Kosher by Design cookbooks. I do, though, know that I will be making many of these recipes when it is not Passover. and I don't even keep kosher!
