Book Reviews of Peek-A Who?

Book Review: Read it over and over again!
Summary: 5 Stars

My son (13 months) has loved this book for about 6 or 7 months now. We read it five times last night and each time he laughed when we got to the last page. Talk about bang for your buck!

Book Review: Really cute
Summary: 4 Stars

I got this when my daughter was about 6 months old. She really liked it then, and still likes it. Now she likes putting her hand through the windows in the pages. It is a cute book.

Book Review: SImply precious for toddlers!
Summary: 5 Stars

This board book was a delight to our grandchild as well as his mom! It looks like one that will be kept and read often.

Book Review: Short but oh so sweet...perfect for my active 10 month old
Summary: 5 Stars

I have a very active 10 month old boy who does not like to sit still very often to read. When we read to him, he likes to try and rip the pages and flip the book over, so we often give him something else to play with while we read a book to him. Peek-a-WHO was recommended to me by a friend who said her baby absolutely loved the book, so I thought I'd check it out. I can't believe it...but my son LOVES this book. He always sits perfectly still, entranced with the book. He never fights to flip the book over, doesn't need to play with anything else, he just stares at each page intently and occasionally pokes his fingers through the holes. He can sit through the reading multiple times and he often picks this book up to play with on his own during the day. I wish it was longer, simply because he loves it so much.

Book Review: Still a favorite 8 years later...
Summary: 5 Stars

My daughter got the book before her first birthday (she is almost 9). It was her favorite then...All you had to say was "Peek a WHo?" and she'd go crawling across the house looking for it, and wouldn't return until she found it, and then you had to read it. My second daughter, now age 1, loves it just as much. Yes, it is simple, and there aren't a lot of words, but it engages them and they love to turn the pages. And in response to the post complaining about the presence of a ghost...that is my daughter's favorite page...she turns to it and says "O"...she doesn't see a ghost, she see's cheerios for eyes. It was a winner when my oldest was little, and my youngest loves it too!!!
