I was given a copy of Personal Renewal as a birthday gift and have used it many times as a meditation. It brings you to the center of your Original Self, the person you were before all the trouble started. I cherish my copy and have given the book to friends going through life changes, including job loss, illness, divorce and aging-angst. It reads smoothly, easily and has lots of natural health and beauty advice that is comforting as well as healing. Highly recommended.
