have just begun re reading this collection of essays and i'm struck once again by the authors strength of logic and precission in identifying the problems of our modern age and how you the individual can gain an ability to see through current trendy relativist thinking which has lead to the rise of the thug and why freedom itself is under threat. these essays are as relevent today as when they were written nearly 40 years ago and all students of philosophy and anyone seeking to understand current thinking should be reading them.
