Book Review: Pizza - this book should topple over!

Really disappointed. Firstly, the majority of the recipes don't include photos. This is poor and does little to inspire an attempt.
Secondly, it seems this book was written for the US market. The book tells you how vital some ingrediants are, e.g. caputo flour, but you try getting it in the UK! It seems it was hard to get hold of in the US, requiring a specialist supplier. All in all a poor book and I cannot recommend it in any way. I don't doubt that Tony Gemignani knows what he's doing, but if Diane Morgan was there to help him convert his know how into a recipe book, in my opinion, she has let him down.
