Book Review: I love this author!

Once I received this book, I couldn't put it down. It is VERY descriptive and gives MANY mental images as all of Mr. Dickey's books have done in the past. With a title like PLEASURE, you can already assume what the book is going to be about. Not a 5 star rating only because his previous novels have more to them, more than sex. But thumbs up to Eric! I'm not going to write a book report to review this book. There were so many plot twists that I was reading with my mouth wide open. This book is about a woman seeking pleasure and getting it by any means. Nia Simone is the kind of EJD character that you know you're going to see again in another book.
The sensuality of this book can't be measured. It was tastefully done, however. I love how Dickey inserted information about the Islands. It opens your eyes to a lot of different things.
I was a little outdone with the description of trip to Greensboro, though. There is never that little traffic on I-85 North. LOL.
Great job on this book. No one can ever accuse Mr. Dickey of writing the same book twice!
Book Review: Im Speechless..

I just finshed this book and I must say that it is an emotional ride. You feel every emotion that the protaginist Nia Simone Bijou feels in this novel. Dickey did an excellent of job of creating a plot that was emotionally and sexually driven without becoming too mundane or graphic. The end left me yearning for more! I need more Nia, KiKi, Karl, Mark, and Jewell. I hope this wasnt the end of their stories. I feel like I need a prologue. Hint!
I agree with other reviews in saying that this is much different from any other EJD read but I enjoyed it just the same!

I loved this book...I am an avid EJD fan and I really could not put this book down...I have lended the book to 2 of my friends and received the same review this book is great...it was such a page turner, it gave you a lot of twist and turns and I found my self with the shocked look on my face during the bulk if not all of the book. I hate to say it but this was his worst book. I love Erotic Fiction & EJD, but get to the point why don't you. I couldn't get to 100 pages before I started reading another book. He could have wrote this book in less the 200 pages. This book was just to discriptive, and long winded. I hope his next book is For a good Read until his next Book, Check out books by Noire, Allison Hobbs, AlSaadiq Banks & Quentin Carter, True Page Turners!!!!!!!!!
