Book Reviews of Pocket RefBook Review: Best Reference Book EVER!!! Summary: 5 Stars
This book contains everything you'll ever want to know and many things you'll never need to know. I am a teacher at a construction apprentice school and I make these books available to my apprentices. Many of them buy these books just for its references to welding, wire ropes and rigging information, knot tying on manilla rope, bolt and thread classifications, and weights of many different materials. There are also many math formulas which are used in construction for finding angles for pipes and formulas for figuring concrete.
This book also contains international calling codes, military ranks, weather map symbols, airport codes, first aid, etc., etc., etc.
Trust me, this book is an A+.

I don't buy books to read...just for reference. For anyone who works with materiels or in a trade, what is contained in this little book is invaluable. The binding and paper is resilent...small sized...ideal for tool kit and survival.

I am an architectural designer/project manager, I also do design for millwork, sheetmetal, machines, leatherwork and a wide variety of other things. This book goes everywhere with me.
