lucky to live in the city where this fitness studio is. only 20 minutes once a week, get more stamina, almost whole body exercise including aerobic. doesn't even sweat or muscle ache afterwards. just go with your business clothes in and out in 20 minutes you are done with your whole week worth of exercise. every week you gain muscle power, less fatigue, more energy to tackle stress during the week. wonderful for people who doesn't have time to spend an hour two three times a week at the gym or sports club. no comparison! this is far better and no waste of your time and muscle. everything is concentrated in this 20 minutes. this is the ultimate exercise for both young and old. even 100 year-old woman has been on this weekly exercise for more than a few years. amazing! Revolutionary!
