This is an excellent book of nude photography. The models are stunningly beautiful, and the poses and lighting are very artistic and innovative. Mr. Argentini has a fantastic eye for the female form and each photo is a new adventure into the erotic power of a strong, athletic, and confident woman. Mr. Argentini uses the large format well as there is no wasted space in this book. If you enjoy the art of the female nude, then Private Rooms is a treasure. I'm really starting to like Guido, first with Silvereye and now this book. This book is huge and kept me flipping pages for hours. Great work, one wouldn't be dissapointed.Book Review: Private room.

Ok, let me be clear! If you are a photographer and looking for some new and non-traditional nude poses with this book, you are in the wrong place.
There is no doubt that Guido has the talent and the "eye", and this is truly a great EROTIC book. The photos are artistically erotic and beautiful, and not like any cheap stuff you find on numerous porn sites out there. The models are stunning! Of course there are some inspiring arts - at the end he is still a good photographer. Just, it seems to me all the lighting techniques are all too basic and nothing innovative. Well, I'm not talking "nude has to be black and white and in low-key", those days have passed long ago. But the lighting in Private room is simply too normal. He even did not use tripod in all of his shots, which lead to hand-shake. I can tell that some blur is intentional, but there are some look really like technical error.
Again, on the other hand, if you are looking for some EROTIC nude photos, I highly recommend this one. Just dont buy it for learning more about the real nude art that hangs in museums!

the pictures are...frankly mediocre. I would suggest another one named Erotique--it's ligher, less expensive, and has better pictures.
