Book Review: Not for the serious fan.

Greenberg's book is certainly acceptable as a brief history of professional wrestling. Hardcore fans, however, will likely be disappointed by this brief book. In fact, any regular reader of wrestling newsletters such as the Torch or Observer will probably already know all these stories and more.He rarely touches on behind-the-scenes manuevering, instead maitaining a kayfabe that betrays his history as an Apter-style magazine writer. Recent articles in WWF owned magazines make his objectivity questionable as well. How can he honestly describe the history of wrestling while working for the WWF?
