Book Review: Minimal importance of computer in publication is justified.

The Y2K dilemma is yet to be reconciled so later editions (beyond the 4th edition) will be within its purview after the inception of the "Millenium"... we will see.With regional power grid blackouts that will, perhaps, cascade throughout the United States, per se, connections on-line will be chaotic, but possible through satellites and independent power supplies.
The Publication Manual of the American Psychological Association will, at its worst, become dated with regard to computers and publication and, at its best, referring to the earlier techniques for research and organization.
This publication is required for courses for neophyte teachers at San Diego State University, so it can qualify for 4 stars.
