Book Review: Growing up
Summary: 5 Stars

I remember how much I loved this sort of sad song as a child, and I couldn't resist the book writer Pete Yarrow helped pen.
My oldest leaves for college next week- the sad song is no longer so sad- the endings' bittersweet twist perfectly captured how I feel watching him prepare for his new life.

Book Review: Finally a book for all generations to share
Summary: 5 Stars

This book is incredible, the music wonderful, and the story of friendship, and the bittersweet aspects of growing up is timeless. Buy for yourself, buy for your kids, grandkids, nieces & nephews, buy for your parents, grandparents and friends. This multi-generational tale will be an evergreen in your family library.

Summary: 5 Stars

Book Review: Questionable?
Summary: 3 Stars

I remember reading this book when I was a kid and lately I am not so sure that this is a book to be read to younger children.
It seems to me that it is a book with weird imagery and slight references to drug use.
I coulde be worng but I know I am not alone in this asumption.
I am all for kid's exercising their imagination, I just don't agree with this book.

Book Review: three generations of reading Puff The Magic Dragon
Summary: 5 Stars

I have been reading Puff from 1957 to my children, later my grandchildren, and now I will read it to my greatgrand daughter Nevaeh Eve.This book is timeless, and will entertain young and old for many years to come. I have learned that children do not play makebelieve any more and that is very sad,
