Book Review: a disappointing effort from peter hopkirk
Summary: 3 Stars
Early on mr. hopkirk states this wasn't meant to be a book. I couldn't agree more with him. There is no book here. He huffs and puffs to come up with material to cover his subject but falls way short. Maybe I'm too harsh but I've come to expect a good story from him. At times he comes close and that's mainly in his travel cum history for which he is rightly famous. Let's hope for something with substance next time.
