I enjoy Robin's Miller's approach to weeknight meals - prepping ahead, preparing extra ingredients to jump start the next night's meal, morphing one dish into something else so your kids don't complain about left overs. It's practical, time-saving and feasible. This cookbook is one of my favorites, especially the asian-inspired dishes. I make Sesame Chicken with Garlicky Broccoli, Hoisin Beef with Vegetables and Ponzu Chicken with Vegetables on a regular basis. Who needs Chinese takeout?
This book is a keeper!
