Book Reviews of Quiet Corners of Paris

Book Review: great little book
Summary: 5 Stars

I've been to Paris countless times and never knew about many of the hidden corners and little parks that are featured in this book. I can't wait to return to explore them. I loved this little book.

Book Review: informative and very très délicieux visually
Summary: 5 Stars

Because I love Paris so much and not as a tourist I love this book. And anyone who is considering visiting Paris for more than a few days, should buy this book because it shows off non tourist sites that are a must see! Remember Paris is a old beautiful city, with nooks and crannies not seen by the average visitor.

Like the old old cimetière de Montmartre and cimetière de Charonne type places, where famous are buried. Or La Campagne à Paris in the 20th Arrondissement which in spring and summer overflows with a bounty and variety of flowers on private property along the streets.

Needless to say the photography by Christophe Lefébure are très délicieux visually.

Book Review: refreshiment in Paris
Summary: 5 Stars

This deceptive book delighted me.... it is the perfect accompaniment to dreaming, with a coffee in a quiet corner of the garden, about your next visit to this beautiful city on the Seine.
It is small, and shows small places of rest and beauty in the bustling city, though the photographs and the text create a huge impression, which will challenge even those very familiar with Paris streets to return and to enjoy themselves in further discovery of its history.
