Book Review: Learn how to sing right!!!

This book was great! Before I got this book, I was just singing. Now I can truly say that I am singing right.
Jaime does a really good job explaining how it feels when you are singing correctly. He also has exercises you can perform that help you get that right. His exercises were also more effective than others I'd tried. He also realizes the importance of visualization so there are numerous visualization techniques that he talks you through.
This book is packed with useful and highly effective exercises that you can use to increase your power and range. It's also a very easy read. I had more breakthroughs in my singing while reading his book than at any other time. I am still making progress because of what I learned in "Raise Your Voice" and I would recommend it to anyone.
Book Review: Oh my god, I CAN sing again.

I just bought this book the other day, and I've already gained more knowledge, benefited more than I have after singing in choirs and taking solo classes in school for 4 years. I did each of the exercises in the book and gained the ability, in six hours, to sing above my breaking point at G4 without using reinforced falsetto. Finally, after destroying my voice singing in garage bands over the years, I had found an exercise that allowed me to begin mixing registers. Going even further, immediately after I read the section on whistle register, simply 'imagining the vocal cords tightly zipped with only a pin-sized hole in between them', I was able to, for the first time ever, access my whistle register by exhaling breath rather than inhaling. I choked out a controlled E7. It's a start, and it was a quick one thanks to Jaime's thurough and detailed explanation of every technique he includes. I'd reccommend that anyone looking to improve their ability to sing buy this book. It will teach you more than an hour lesson with most teachers, and at a quarter of the price.Book Review: Raise your Voice kicks a**

This excellent book is written by vocal coatch Jaime Vendera. This book is a powerful tool for all singers out there how whant to inprove there voice by extending there vocalrange, power, tone and keep the voice fit. Jaime takes you threw a step by step guidence by explaining how the voice mechanism works and putting it into practice by several easy but powerfull exercises. The exercises are on audiofiles and very easy to follow. So done miss the chance to be all you can be, Raise your voices by reading this book. It won't let you down!!!!
Book Review: SIMPLY AMAZING

I have never written a review for anything but this I felt that it is a must. I bought this book yesterday and made it about 40-45 pages into it and already just singing in my car I went from struggling at an E4 to an A4 with little to no difficulty Jaime Vendera knows what he's talking about and he explains in such a step by step simple way that even I, a fairly inexperienced singer, can understand. I can't wait to finish it and see what I can do.
