Book Review: A winner for the raw foodist
Summary: 5 Stars

I wasn't sure whether this book would be useful. The photographs are incredibly badly done, so I wasn't sure if the recipes would follow suit. However, having made my first meal (Lasagne) I can heartily recommend that recipe at least, and if the others are as good, the book will immediately become indispensable. The ingredients are easily available, even in the UK (not usually the case with American authors), and the recipes don't take all day to prepare. The lasagne asks you to marinade mushrooms for 10 minutes - even I could manage that!
