Book Review: How Could You Not Love This 5 Stars
Very few singers have the power over an audience like Reba......whether it be perfrming on stage or telling us her life story in this book. Reba has suffered many tragic events in her life and yet she still remains strong. Very few people can do this. She tells a tale of happiness, love, triumph, woe, and tragedy. I simply could not put this book down. The only thought going thru my mind, besides wanting to stand face to face with this amazing woman, was how can one person go thru so much and still have the strength she has. This book was in better condition than I expected it to be in. It arrived in plenty of time to be part of a Christmas gift for a friend. My friend was really please with this book, as she is into the country music women singers and what kind of life the led before becoming a Country Music Star. This book was very good. She was honest and told the happy parts of her life and the sad parts. While You are reading this book you are sad and happy. I could not put this book down. Great inspiration comes from Reba's story. Both of Reba's books read as a personal conversation with her. I hope she puts out yet another book that updates the accomplishments since her last book. I absolutely enjoyed this book. From reading about the high points in her life such as her career, the birth of Shelby and the marriage to Narvel Then reading about the crash in '91 and the divorce from Charlie Battles... It just took me on a complete rollercoaster of emotions. From the moment i picked up the book it felt like i was having a conversation with Reba herself. I could not put the book down. Overall, this was one worth reading.
