Until the no kill shelters stop turning away "most" of the animals brought to them, they will have no right to call themselves "No Kill." When thousands of the animals that are euthanized might have been saved -- if these no kill shelters would have accepted them - that will be when a No Kill Shelter truly exists. This author should be ashamed for crowing about such a misleading representation of this sad business.
