Reel Lessons in Leadership was an eye opener on the study of leadership. the author takes the mystique out of becoming a good leader. He takes us to the movie house to put new twists on some familar and some not so familar characters. His years of practical experience show through in his insightful depictions of the lessons we can all learn from these actors. The book has stimulated a lot of discussion around the water cooler as we debate the use of films and the people he uses to make important points about how we can improve on our own leadership skills.
