The cover of the book makes fantastic claims about Relora. It whetted my appetite to learn more about this promising supplement. When the book arrived I felt cheated! Out of 27 pages there are actually only FOUR on Relora! The rest of the book is a rehash of old information which is already widely available on the subject of stress, eg. taking B vitamins, exercising moderately, using relaxation techniques, getting enough sleep, etc. You can get more information on Relora than the book gives by looking it up on the internet. And you'll have saved yourself some money!
