Book Reviews of Remember Me?Book Review: I was very pleased with this book Summary: 4 Stars
Although not as good as the Shopaholic series, I liked this book MUCH better than the Undomestic Goddess. I found it extremely difficult to put down and read the whole thing in one night! I would definitely recommend this book to any Sophie Kinsella fan; you will not be disappointed.
Book Review: If you like Sophie Kinsella books, then you'll love this one Summary: 5 Stars
Sophie Kinsella hit the nail write on the head with this one. I love all of her books, but this one has to be my favorite to date. It was such a page turner I couldn't put it down. All of the great twists and intresting plot makes you wonder what going to happen next, as well as, what if. If your looking for a great read for this summer or any time this book is it.
Book Review: Kinsella ALWAYS Delivers Summary: 5 Stars
I absolutely love Sophie Kinsella's work and I was thrilled to read "Remember Me?" recently. Like all of Kinsella's main characters, Lexie will pull you into her world and you'll feel like you're right there with her as she tries to remember everything that she's forgotten as a result of her amnesia. The situations are hilarious just like those of Kinsella's other main characters in other books.
Book Review: LOOOVE MS. KINSELLA Summary: 5 Stars
She does it again. Sophie Kinsella writes another compulsive page turner. If you've read any of her other books, you know the drill. Young, pretty girl finds herself way over her head in a situation she knows nothing about. Things will get much worse before they get better, and a happy ending is guaranteed. Whether it's obsessive shopping, pretending to be a housekeeper, or spilling secrets to a stranger on a plane, who turns out to be her new boss, these books all follow the same path. Here, main character Lexi, wakes up in the hospital after being knocked unconcious for a few days. Her last memory takes place in 2004, but it is now 2007 in the book. She finds her life is completely changed and has to figure out how she did it, and how to deal with it. Hilarity ensues. Already waiting with baited breath for the next one.
Book Review: Lame Summary: 1 Stars
Interesting plot idea, but poorly executed.
(SPOILER)
I hoped that her first fall had triggered a personality change which explained the life she woke up to, and the fact that all her old friends hated her.
But instead we were given a very weak reason why she became a total jerk to friends that she had had for years.
None of the characters evoked any liking, empathy or sympathy (not unlike her horrid shopaholic series)
