This is a wonderfully written book on the digestive system and the health problems that arise because of poor digestion. The book is filled with colorful pictures and charts that helped me easily understand the digestive system and the things I can do to be more healthy. Thank you Brenda for writing such a great book.

There are plenty of books on digestion and detox - but some are too complicated. This book explained everything you need to know about digestive issues in an easy to follow manner. Ms. Watson gives recommedations for cleansing not only the colon but the liver. There is information on diet, parasites, candida, heavy metal toxicity, and more. Apparently, she also sells the cleansing products that she recommends.
