Book Review: Simplistic rubbish.
Summary: 1 Stars
Having already done some reading around sinus problems, I found this a major step backwards. It dips lightly into many related problems without increasing the reader's understanding of any of them. The book's premise can be summed up as this: "Oil of Oregano, or preferably the author's proprietary blend, will wonderfully cure anything that's wrong with your respiratory system." No explanation of why or how. The unfortunate thing about poor books like this is that it can be very off-putting. It may well be that Oil of Oregano is fabulous stuff; I've certainly read good things about it elsewhere. But this book did nothing for me except make me regret parting with the money to buy it.
