Summary: 5 Stars
Soon after receiving a diagnosis of type 2 diabetes, a friend gave us a copy of the 1984 edition of this book. Sticking pretty close to its shopping lists and daily menu plans I went from 249 to 203 lbs in two months. My diabetes is entirely under diet control; no insulin or other medication has been needed.
