Book Reviews of Rich Dad's Cashflow Quadrant: Employee, Self-Employed, Business Owner, or Investor...Which Is the Best Quadrant for You?

Book Review: Get an "MBA" Money, Business and Accounting that is .
Summary: 5 Stars

Robert is a great teacher who combined his poor dads teaching skills and rich dads financial inteligence and put all that on paper for anyone to read and learn from . The book starts with a great story of two gentelman who won the bid to supply water to thier village. One of them went to work immediately. He bought two buckets and began hauling buckets from the river from dawn to dusk. Meanwhile the other genteleman set up a corporation, found investors, and returned with a construction crew. Within a year he had a pipeline up and running which connected the village to the river. He could now supply his clients with cleaner water 24 hours a day 7 days a week at a 75% reduction in price. This is a very nice story that lets you ponder "am I building a pipeline or hauling buckets?" " am I working hard or working smart?". so read the book and raise your financial I.Q. and you're on your way to financial freedom. His board game "cashflow 101/202" I also recommend highly it will blow your mind and awaken your financial genius... they include tape packs that are worth thier whight in gold ! Robert created an awesome teaching system that will teach you to have cashflow come your way like he has taught so many others.

Book Review: A must read!
Summary: 5 Stars

As a recent graduate in accounting I belive that The Cashflow Quadrent is a must read for all that plan to have financial freedom. This book along with RDPD somewhat simplify the basics to understanding financial statements, such as, the B/S and I/S. I have recommended this book to several colleagues and each one has had positive reviews of it. This book at it's cost is an investment that will payoff 100 fold if applied correctly.

Book Review: Strongly recommended for all samll business owner.
Summary: 5 Stars

Together with my husband we have being operating a very successful business for the past 20years. There are many portion in the book I strongly agree with what Robert say.It is a reflection of what we have being through. His anlayse of why "S" kind of "business" failure within the first 5years and 10years is very true as we have being there ourselve.First 5years due to lack of experience and capital.2nd 5years due to lack of Energy. After reading the book we realise that we need to look for new blood to injet ENERGY into operation. Also instead of operating only one sucessful outlet, with our experience and capital we can train others to operate similiar outlets. Instead of operating ourselves we can have up to ten outlets operating at the same time. Many of what has being written is a practical facts. We will continue to use this book as a dictionary for references when we faces different situations in our evrydays operation. We also refer to the book when we run out of ideas. It is a book you must have if you are thinking of starting on yourself or if you have started and find that you are too deeply involve in your "business" not being able to have much free time for yourselves or your family. Learn from someone who have gone through the progrcess all this year. This book will help me made $$ million ,you too can if you know how to apply it to your advantage.

Book Review: Don't waste your money.
Summary: 1 Stars

This book is a complete waste of time.

The author throws out a lot of buzz-words and little charts about "quadrants," but he doesn't say anything specific. Much of the book seems to be a thinly disguised advertisment for other books and products of the author -- a la Wade Cook.

Once you get through all the mumbo-jumbo, his "advice" consists of: (1) Start your own business, and (2) Invest in rental property (but only if it will generate a positive cash flow).

Nothing too earth-shattering about either of the above. Unfortunately, the author doesn't give you any advice or practical suggestions on how to do either other than to find a "mentor" who is successul and is willing to teach you what he knows.

Book Review: Best financial information every printed for the masses.
Summary: 5 Stars

This is a must reading for every member of my family. I will buy the book for all our grown children to have as part of their libraries for future reference as well as immediate reading. I've recommended it to many people.

A clear cut discription of what the finanacial world is all about and how it operates and how you can be part of it, if you chose to. I firmly believe our children should be taught these principles in school instead of some of the accounting courses they now get--I've been there and found out. The world system is taught backwards. Learn to get out of debt and stay out of debt is the only save way to real wealth and our children are taught the opposite. This is a must reading if you really want to become wealthy.
