Book Reviews of Rich Dad, Poor Dad: What the Rich Teach Their Kids About Money--That the Poor and Middle Class Do Not!Book Review: An absolute essential. Summary: 5 StarsI must say, Rich Dad Poor Dad is one of the best books out there. It is a phenomenal work. It really opened my eyes to the reasons why there is a gap between the "have's" and the "have not's". It is well written, easy to read and understand. The information it contains is invaluable. The bibliography at the end is a very good component of this bok. The suggestions will help me, and everyone, develop their financial intelligence.
Book Review: A Book that should be compulsory reading for all students Summary: 5 StarsOnce I started reading this book at the local bookshop I couldn't put it down, so I bought it. I was amazed at how simple Robert's principles are, they are things that everyone is capable of seeing through to the end. The entire book is summed up by "the No 1 rule, the only rule". I now look at my possessions in a different light, that is worthless devaluing pieces of junk. Robert not only tells the reader what he/she should be spending their hard earned cash on but how to do it. The book is very user friendly. I felt as if I was talking to Robert on a one to one basis. After reading this book you will become an authority on it's teachings.
Book Review: Enlightening Summary: 5 StarsNow that I have this kind of information, my life would be much more financially rewarding. In 10yrs time when I'm 40, I would be retired and enjoying the benefits of having read this book.
Book Review: Get out of the "Rat Race!!!" Summary: 5 StarsMr. Kiyosaki explains the problems with our societies current paradyms of money, success and creating wealth. How we are currently in the "Rat Race" and do not know how to break out of the race. I found this book to be a watershed moment in my life as an investor and creator of personal wealth. It is not a get rich quick book. It is a book on changing the way we look at our financial situations and why we need to change our way of thinking to make quantum leaps in our personal wealth
Book Review: Encourages reader to think outside the box Summary: 4 StarsThe author encourages the reader to go further in life financially by changing his or her way of thinking about money--how to spend it, how to make it. The book is full of excellent personal experiences that the author shares to show how it is done. Be prepared to be challenged to be a better manager of your financial life!
