Book Reviews of Rich Dad, Poor Dad: What the Rich Teach Their Kids About Money--That the Poor and Middle Class Do Not!

Book Review: Fantastic teaching about financial intelligence!
Summary: 5 Stars

Probably the most complete and easy to read instructional book I've ever read concerning financial intelligence. If this book doesn't excite you to make some changes then you flunked your financial IQ test!

Book Review: This is absolutely the best advice for financial freedom.
Summary: 5 Stars

After reading this book, I decided to order copies for my 2 teenagers. Mr. Kiyosaki has made the differences between assets and liabilities exceptionally easy to understand. I wish I had had this book years ago. In my opinion this book should be used as a basic lesson in accounting. Rich Dad/Poor Dad definitely gets top rating with me.

Book Review: This is a book which I will gladly recommend to friends.
Summary: 5 Stars

Ever wondered what the terms of income statement, balance sheet and cash flow really mean when it comes to your personal wealth? And if you think you own a house, a car and a business and they are your assets, read this book. Then see if you still think so. "Rich Dad, Poor Dad" does not give you a list of instructions which you follow blindly. Instead, the author Robert T. Kiyosaki uses examples from daily life to illustrate concepts which challenge old ideas.

"Rich Dad, Poor Dad" was not prominently featured in my local bookshops and libraries nor strongly recommended in the local papers. The book came to my attention as the result of a friend casually asking if I would like to read a book about creating wealth. The reason she had to ask casually was because this is an unusual book, unorthodox even, but am I glad she asked. Apparently my colleague felt the same, for he is going to buy a copy for himself. Another colleague is going to borrow my copy.

This book is not an end, but a beginning, and I think it qualifies as a book which will change you because it did for me.

Book Review: What school never taught you about financial plans.
Summary: 5 Stars

If you really want to know the way money works read this book. Robert's insight into how and why we let money control us or how we can control our own outcome in life is just enlightening. I have two teenagers who are already changing their perceptions of money. Awesome book, I am actually re-reading it for a third time to make sure my paradigms that keep changing absorb more of this teachings.

Book Review: Basic and Simple. I now am confident I too can do it!
Summary: 5 Stars

I just want to thank the authors. "Keep it simple" is the message I got, along with the secrets. My parents ARE the "poor" parents in your book. I knew these beliefs were up side down. Now I know I am not wrong in thinking beyond "Keeping it safe".

Thank you !!!!!
