Book Review: Modern and reasoned
Summary: 5 Stars
This book brings together an excellent range of highly respected rowing authorities and a cohesive and well presented format. The structure and detail are well thought out and the ideas presented are provided with a good scientific explaination, so you know why various recommendations are made. There is a bit more science than I currently want to get into in one chapter but I imagine that I'll be drawn to it later and it's nice that it's isolated there.A terrific book for improving club athletes and beyond.
