Book Review: Typical VC Andrews - Misery, happiness, heartache & deceit
Summary: 5 Stars
I particularly loved this book because of the settings. I could exactly picture the bayou where Ruby grew up happily - unaware of the full story regarding her family. She grows older and finds out about the deceitfulness of her grandfather and the truth about her father, in addition to coping with the death of the one person she loved more than anyone. Ruby then travels to New Orleans to seek out her father. Upon doing so she struggles to cope with the rich life her father leads and his hurt when she discovers she has a twin. This hurt turns to happiness, however, her twin does not share this happiness. You will be swept along by this story and unable to put it down. I myself, could not wait for the next book.
