Book Reviews of Rumble FishBook Review: there's a reason Hinton is still a favorite of teenagers Summary: 4 Stars
Rusty-James desperately looks up to his cool, older brother, Motorcycle Boy. But, no matter how tough he acts, no matter how many fights he gets into, he doesn't ever seem to obtain Motorcycle Boy's charm, grace, or adoration. Hinton weaves a deeply complex look into the psychology of a troubled young man. In fact, this is probably her most complex novel, and definitely one for older readers, not necessarily because of the material, but because of the intensity and density of the material. Rusty-James is far from a likeable character, but he--and his voice--are fascinating and engaging, even heart-wrenching. Grade: A-

Book Review: wonderful Summary: 5 Stars
Rusty-James can't live up to his brothers rep. and his brother can't live it down. This book is about kids counting on kids. Rusty wants to be as tough as his brother "the motercycle boy". All his brother wants to do is steel motorcycles. Rustys best freind Steve isn't the tough guy around either. When all truely comes togther there very way of live is shatered. This book was ritten by S.E.Hinton so it's no wonder it's so good.
