Book Reviews of Runaway Ralph

Book Review: Run away ralph
Summary: 4 Stars

I liked Runaway Ralph because it is very exciting. Also I liked it because it has to deal with motorcycles. It also tells you at the end what happens.

I think the worst part of this book is the ending because it was so very good. I think the ending was to normal also. He went home and lived happly ever after.

I like how you painted a mental picture will he is waiting under the clock to ride his motorcycle. He makes a mental picture also of a mouse an a motorcycle. The conflick is when Ralph wants to ride and has to share.

Runaway Ralph
Is wrote by Beverly Cleary. I recommend this book for you if you like adventure. It's about a mouse on a motorcycle that lives in a hotel with his cousins and brothers and sisters. One night he has to give a ride on his motorcycle to his cousins, brother, and sisters he did not like that so he decided to runaway. To find out more you'll have to read the book. I learned that taking an adventure will have both good and bad times.

This was just as good as the first one. Just as funny, just as smart, just as realistic, and the action didn't go away at all. I still love these books!

Runaway Ralph

The novel Runaway Ralph, by Beverly Clearly is a story about a mouse named Ralph and he runs away from home on his red chrome motorcycle. He ends up at Happy Acers summer camp.
Some of the characters I liked are Ralph because he is curious and exciting. Also Chum he is lazy and useless. A character I disliked was Sam because he was rude to Ralph. In Runaway Ralph the thing I like the most is how the animals can talk to each other and that the animals can talk to humans at the same time. The ending of the book Starts in the middle sort of because of what happens at this point of the book.
I think that this novel is written well. I mean that the way that this book was written fits the way this story is told. I think that this book is for people that enjoy animal Storys and fiction books. If there were an age lament I would say that the ages 8-12. I recommend this book to these ages because it is a story that a kid this age will understand this book. I give this book****.

Runaway Ralph by Beverly Cleary

This is a book called Runaway Ralph just reading this book it brought me right into the book. Ralph is a mouse who got a little toy motorcycle. All of his cousins, brothers, sisters, and his aunt and uncle all were jealous of him. Ralph soon got quickly annoyed and decided to leave. He left for Happy Acers summer camp. While he was there he ran into many of problems. First he ran into a group of hungry cats. Then he ran into an extremely strict watch dog and a very naughty kid names Garf. Sorry for Ralph would he ever get out o trouble. The story soon turned dramatic. Ralph is trying to survive on peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. He then heads back home. His family missed him a whole lot.

There is a thing about the characters. They just bring the story to life. Ralph who is a very sweet field mouse has to go through a lot when he heads for a camp called Happy Acres Summer camp. One thing for sure is that he gets annoyed very easily. Hers an example in the story Ralph gets a new toy motorcycle and all of his cousins, brother, sisters, and his Aunt and Uncle all get jealous. He got so annoyed and he just left not telling anyone. Garf is just a SEEMINGLY harmless person until you get to know him that is. He isn't very nice. He is a bully who is always picking on someone in the book.

The theme of the book really matches the characters. The theme really describes how Ralph gets into all of his problems. Ralph who leaves his house because of a jealous family gets stuck into trouble. Ralph runs into hungry cats who totally try to hurt him bad enough to eat him. Then when he is almost to the camp grounds he gets barked at and clawed at from a strict watch dog.

The setting of the book takes place at Happy Acres Summer Camp. At first Ralph didn't think that is was so bad until Garf got on to his nerves. Garf for a little bit of the time was after Ralph. Ralf soon stayed outside for a coupe nights. I mainly liked this book because of the wilderness back ground.

The end of the book is what I thought was the best part. The end part of the book is where Ralph decides that he wants to go home. One thing for sure is that he couldn't live on peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. He soon found out that his family missed him. He wanted to get home quickly but he knew that his motorcycle would not get him home in time of night fall. Garf volunteered to take him home and Ralph got very excited.
When he got home his whole family told him how much they were sorry. Ralph was very happy that he was home.Everything was quickly back to normal. If you really like books with a happy ending this book is a good book for you.
