It it Seira who guides Saint Tail, the ponytailed theif, and together they outwit Asuka Jr, a boy in their school who's the son of a detective and is obsessed with catching Saint Tail.

Trust me-buy this book, its amazing, has mini-character bios, plus it has two bonus stories by the author called Portrait of a Morning Glory and the Music Box of Spring. My fave pic is part of the story called 'A girls feelings' when AsukaJr looks in the mirror...read it and laugh with me =D
