This book tells the life of Elizabeth Edwards and her family. She describes in detail about her John Edwards finding out about the death of their son Wade and the after math. The second half of the book shows through that grief, how they were encouraged by others. This book is good for anyone dealing with a loss and that you can come out healed on the other side. The clarity with which this book was written was incredible. Left you with no doubt about what it's like to lose a child and go through the rigors of cancer but the surprise was to learn about the election process and all that entails. Excellent book!
