Book Review: A Collection of Modern Sculpture

This is a fantastic book documenting all types of sculpture and probably my favourite book on sculpture that I've come across! As to be expected with a Phaidon Press publication, the book is beautifully photographed - the work is inspiring and a joy to flick through. There's commentary on the artists and their work too so it makes a good read - nothing cumbersome! It's definitely a coffee table book and something you can dip into whenever you want to be inspired.
Also very useful for students and artists as it's the kind of book that does get you thinking - the book is really broad and isn't limited to just one media such as metal; it covers mixed media sculpture throughout which is what I was particularly interested in when I purchased the book! If you are at all interested in scupture, this book is a must!
