I've read this book, but (it hasn't stopped raining on the East Coast)so far haven't tried any of the recipes. However, I am from Argentina, and this is how meat is grilled down there, minus the fancy chef's flourishes. Also, the book is beautifully photographed - a real visual pleasure.
