Book Review: Fantastic fitness book!

This has got to be the best fitness and nutrition book i have ever purchased (and ive purchased a hell of alot). If you want to shape up quickly and healthily then this is the plan for you. As soon as i started reading the book i couldnt put it down! The stories of real women are so inspiring. This is not a fad diet, the book is full of commonsense nutritional tips and the exercises are quick and highly effective. The book comes with a free dvd of the six minute exercise segments. According to the author you dont need to work out for hours at a time and she has created these mini workouts that tone and burn fat at the same time in only six minutes! This book really is the business and i cant recommend it enough!
