To explain this book would be like explaining the British humor - you really cannot, but most of it makes you laugh, even if you don't get the complete drift.
The title, Sherlock Holmes and the Underpants of Death, completely tells the adventure - a very different Sherlock Holmes and Watson!
Parts of this book will make you laugh, especially if scatalogical humor is your thing, but it is an interestingly quirky read.
If you are a purist about our legendary Holmes (as my brother is) this may not be a book for you, but if you want to peek into British humor - gags on every page, give this book a try.
