Book Review: simple genius by a retarded story teller

this book has nailed me into the ground and buried me so deep that my arm would never be long enough to grab this writer's next book.
what a shocking lousy novel and i just couldn't believe d.b. really wrote this one, because it's nothing but a joke!
i've tried and tried so hard to read along but after tortured through about 1/3 of this book, i finally threw it away into the trash can. i just felt cheated and fooled and felt like a complete idiot to pick up this one and paid for it.

This book started out fast and wild, then slowed to a snail's pace, and at the end, finally got momentum again. The thing that kept me going was his well-developed characters.
