Hi,
I had a band for 7 years and then stopped singing for 6 years. Now I decided to get back to sining. Never took any voice coaching. It is hard for me to understand whether I am accessing my headvoice or not. Also, I dont know how much time to spend on each excercise. Sometime it does strain if you do some excercises for a long time. I deffinitly think a vocal coach will be the way to go. I also think, that this book shuold have some technical support whether by email or a message board to ask questions since there are no FAQ about the program just about singing generally.
I guess I am going to give it a while before seeing any change.
BTW: I didnt mention, I have been practicing for the last 2 weeks for about 4 hours a day. I had a week off from work :)
