Book Review: 'The Rest of the Story' for Historical Events

Worthwhile, but at times mildly irritating. When will he ever get to the point? Eventually it's best to just relax and accept it as a glorious collection of facts, information and connections that no one else seems to have bothered to pull together in one place. Maybe this is all common knowledge to the conspiracy cultures, but much of this is new to me. Well, most of it isn't exactly new information to me, but I didn't know it in this way. Overall it confirms something that has been hovering in the back of my mind: nothing is as it seems. Perhaps this is the evidence that everything's 'maya' after all. SUGGESTION: It's best to read Sinister Forces from the beginning, as the order of presentation IS important. Reading bits and pieces to get an idea of whether it's worth reading gives the impression that it's a collection of random ideas from a nutter. Not at all. Eventually it all starts to make sense. The writing flows nicely, but the names, the names! They're overwhelming. Thankfully Levenda includes reminders of who's who from time to time. There are some loose ends which I assume will be picked up in subsequent volumes. NOTE: The bibliography, which I always find illuminating, appears only in the third volume.
