Dr. Ivker's book provides a good overview of the various causes and solutions to respiratory distress (and other allergic conditions). The book points readers in the right directions. Specifics for vitamins and herbs are included, as well as SOME air quality modifiers. However, further research will need to be done by the reader for diet, air purification / ventilation / and exercise specifics.
