Book Review: A Good Read and Good Value

This 72-page book, mainly on sitting posture, is well illustrated and very easy to understand. Knowing that custom art work is expensive, I think the price is quite reasonable given the content density and clarity of the illustrations. For those wanting more information on this subject, I think this author has an expanded title called "The Science of Sitting" which has a hundred or so more pages than this book. Either way, I have learned a lot more than I knew before about posture.
