Book Review: Persistent and perplexing acne cured, and much else!
Summary: 5 Stars
I had acne outbreaks well into my twenties, which was increasingly puzzling and frustrating. I used this book to explore the psychological and emotional roots of the problem. It led me to a hypnotherapist, and in combination with other related self-improvement techniques, I have cleared my acne and transformed myself. The 'causes' were linked to far more than just skin, and seemed related to an incident as a toddler, though hypnosis doesn't worry too much about 'explaining' the past. Now I am more confident, stronger, more successful, numerous other minor health ailments have disappeared, and the future is clear and bright! If you're suffering from acne beyond adolescence, or indeed any other skin disorder (it even includes herpes), I recommend this book. The mind controls the body, and is an untapped power within most of us! I strongly urge you to explore this side of things.
