This book is nothing more than an advertisement for veganism. While the blatant in your face language approach is amusing and enjoyable for me, I wish I had known what this book was truly about before buying it and being snowed. This is not to say being vegan is a bad diet for all people. I have been vegan in my past and found it quite refreshing but extremely difficult to maintain and be satisfied. I am really bothered by this book being promoted to pregnancy women. I was really interested in finding a book that provided a more well balanced nutrition approach.
