My son checked this book out at the library near my parents house last summer. He loved it! Well we found it again at our library (we just moved) and I have had to read it to him every night! He is always saying, "Holy Guacamole!" My son loves this book so much that I am online right now ordering it for him. I have also preordered Skippyjon Jones in the Dog House (comes out tomorrow)hoping it is equally as good.Book Review: A Wonderful Book!

....i collect childrens' cat books- i have HUNDREDS! This was given to me as a gift- just hysterical! The illustrations are marvelous and appealing for little ones and SkippyJon Jones is a most appealing "hero"! i work for Borders and will hand sell this believe me! A wonderful, fresh childrens book ready for holiday gift giving-and a "must have" for cat people! i too hope SkippyJon will be around for many more "tails"!Book Review: A book that makes the whole family laugh!

This is my son's favorite book. It's somewhat difficult for him to read by himself because of the Spanish words, but that is what makes it fun. We read it together out loud and the whole family laughs. Skippyjon Jones is a wonderful character with a great sense of humor. The story is interesting and a lot of fun to read.Book Review: A captivating imaginative children's book!

My little granddaughter was delighted by this book. She loved the rhymes and the Spanish phrases, since they are introducing some Spanish in her preschool classes. And she was very taken by Skippyjon, with his big head and personality.
It is a charming, original book with captivating illustrations.
