Book Review: (Top) Hats off...
Summary: 4 Stars
I thought this book was a really fun read, giving a lot of insight to Slash's upbringing & the formation and fall of GNR. I have to agree with a previous review... The ghostwriter's voice isn't really Slash's. There are a lot of phrases in here that I would hard pressed to believe ever came from Slash's mouth, and some wrong information here and there (One example is describing a show I was at in Nassau County, NJ when it was actually in Suffolk County, NY at Nassau Colisseum... but I am shocked Slash remembers years let alone certainf acts). All in all though, great book, fun read... Kept me hooked for two nights knocking it out.
