Book Review: A must read for anyone serious about fitness

I admit I find it hard to take advice from someone who's so obviously insane, but this book has many, many things to offer anyone who's serious about working out.
Now, having said that, I want to make it clear that this book is NOT always medically accurate, sensible for beginners or even spell-checked!
What you can get out of it is two things:
First, motivation! Every time I start thinking about missing a workout or taking it alittle easy one day, this man's life comes to mind. He's got to be one of the most driven persons in the world. It's just a shame he was born 5000 years too late. He's a barbarian in civilization! He's always found ways to challenge himself, to push himself beyond any reasonable limits. I find that very motivating and I admire Bronson greatly for it.
Second, it's a very honest account by the man himself regarding his amazing life on both sides of the bars. Crazy? Yes, of course he is. Fascinating? Yes, of course he is.
If you're looking for an old-school, low-tech, hard-core workout there are two books you should have on your bookshelf: "Spartan Health Regime" by Anthony Bova and "Solitary Fitness" by Charles Bronson
