I tried the cry it out methold and it just didn't work. I finally decided to get this book and try out the progressive waiting method. Within three nights, my 4-month old is sleeping through the night. Well, at least from 7pm to 5am. It was a huge improvement from waking up every two hours at night. He still wakes up at night once in a while now and I have to go in and pat him for a little but he definitely is doing much better. I highly recommend this book espeically if you have read Dr. Weisbuth book already and it didn't work.
