I found Sound and Light to be very informative. It is one of the only, if not the only, book entirely dedicated to the music and art of La Monte Young and Marian Zazeela. This book not only offers something for those trained in music theory but also for those who are interested in learning more about Young and Zazeela's history, philosophy, and art work. These two individuals are perhaps some of the most under-appreciated artists of our time.
